1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "488jili," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the 488jili platform accessible at https://488jili.club.
• "Platform" means the 488jili website, mobile web application, and all associated services, games, and features.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 488jili Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the 488jili Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player and held in the Player's 488jili Account.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by 488jili that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority overseeing online gaming in the Philippines.
• "PHP" means Philippine Peso, the sole currency used on the 488jili Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 488jili Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 488jili Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 488jili. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account if one has been created.

488jili reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3. Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on 488jili, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold Accounts.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 488jili, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 488jili Platform or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized responsible gaming authority.

488jili reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

4. Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 488jili login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 488jili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 488jili support immediately via the live chat function on the Platform.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the 488jili Platform are processed exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. There is no maximum deposit limit, subject to applicable PAGCOR transaction reporting requirements.
• Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 488jili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification. Verified accounts typically receive GCash withdrawals within 5 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.
• 488jili reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 488jili Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• 488jili does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 488jili accepts no responsibility.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

488jili may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonus funds are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are valid for the period specified in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• 488jili reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of cancellation will be honoured.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers, including through the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other method intended to circumvent wagering requirements, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 488jili Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game.

• All game outcomes on 488jili are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited for fairness and compliance with PAGCOR standards.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, 488jili reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Real Money Balance. No further compensation will be payable.
• Bets placed and accepted are final. 488jili will not reverse or cancel a bet once it has been confirmed, except in cases of manifest error or technical malfunction as determined by 488jili in its sole discretion.
• 488jili reserves the right to void any bet or withhold any payout where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, or exploitation of a software error.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 488jili Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Creating or operating more than one Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform or its underlying software.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 488jili Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of 488jili or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 488jili.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 488jili's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

488jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if 488jili has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

488jili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11. Responsible Gaming

488jili is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time via Account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders to help manage time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion by contacting 488jili support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

The 21+ age restriction is enforced without exception. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately closed and any balance forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

488jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documentation when requested.
• Receipt of a direction from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine authority.
• Detection of duplicate Accounts associated with the same individual.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13. Privacy

488jili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to 488jili's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support via live chat. 488jili will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for any dispute that cannot be resolved through the foregoing processes.
